Justyna Bajdzienko

Justyna completed her BSc in Biotechnology and MSc in Molecular Microbiology at the University of Wrocław, Poland. Prior to entering academia, she gained hands-on industry experience in Shenzhen, China, where she contributed to the establishment of the metabolomics startup Metanotitia and operated LC-MS and GC-MS instrumentation. Since July 2020, she has been a PhD student in Anja’s lab, where her research focuses on ubiquitin-dependent control mechanisms that safeguard peroxisome homeostasis.
